This Privacy Policy applies to our operations, including our website (when we refer to “website”, we mean any website operated, or maintained, by us or on our behalf, including www.anonasecurity.com), mobile applications (When we refer to “mobile applications”, we mean any applications operated, or maintained, by us or on our behalf, including Anona Security), and any other of our products(when we mention “product”, we mean Anona-branded hardware products, including our smart locks, cameras, and other devices), and services that link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, “Services”), and apply to the Personal Information Anona obtains in various contexts. Additionally, depending on factors such as the device model you are using, service version or location, and how specific products or services collect and process your Personal Information may differ. You should refer to the separate privacy policy for detailed information.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to consider applicable Federal laws, rules, or regulations, as well as continuously improve our security technology to ensure your Personal Information is safe with us. If we make changes, we will notify you by revising the date at the top of the statement and, we may provide you with additional notice (such as adding a statement to our website homepage or sending you a notification). 1. What Personal Information We Collect 

Depending on the purposes for which we process your Personal Information from time to time, as explained below, we need to process one or other Personal Information. We may collect Personal Information directly from you when you use our Services, in specific cases, we may indirectly collect certain Personal Information about you by using a feature or service on our Services.

§ Device log and sensor information, such as video or audio recordings, live video or audio streams, images, comments, and data our products collect from their surrounding environment to perform their functions (such as motion, events, temperature, and ambient light)

§ Usage and performance information, such as activities you perform (such as changing settings and/or history of lock and unlock, and/or history of door opening), activities our products perform (such as sounding an alarm or sending a notification), your responses to our notifications, upgrade history

§ Video footage contains a person image, package image, vehicle image, and other images; but without identify

§ Payment information

§ Transactional Information: when you make a purchase, return, or warranty claim, we collect information about the transaction, such as product details, purchase price, and the date and location of the transaction.

To diagnose and solve technical faults

§ Technical information, such as product’s type, log of the product, log of the App, content of the incident, email address, IP address, pictures and videos uploaded

To update the iteration for profiling the App

 

§ Usage information, such as device information (UUID, model, system version, operation system, etc.), account information of the App, the click times for pages of the App, dwell time

§ Information of browser, Internet, ISP

§ Information of device, such as language, time, zone, time format

To improve our Services and your experience

§ Information collected by Cookies and similar tracking technologies, such as IP address, identifiers associated with your devices, types of devices connected to our Services, web browser characteristics, device characteristics, language preferences, referring/exit pages, clickstream data, and dates and times of website or app visits

We may disclose your Personal Information to business partners who provide services to us or who cooperate with us, including companies that operate Cookies, advertising and marketing partners, cloud, and other business partners. These business partners generally operate as independent Personal Information controllers and are responsible for their compliance with the applicable data protection laws. 5. How We Transfer and Store Your Personal Information

Because of the international nature of our business, we transfer Personal Information within Anona and its affiliates and subsidiaries (collectively, “Anona group”), and to third parties as noted above, in connection with the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will adopt reasonable and feasible measure to protect your Personal Information. To the extent that we may need to transfer Personal Information outside of your jurisdiction, we shall do so in accordance with the applicable laws. In particular, we will ensure that all transfers will be in accordance with requirements under your applicable local data protection laws by putting in place appropriate safeguards.

We only keep your Personal Information within the period required for fulfilling the business purposes stated in this Privacy Policy, unless an extension is required or permitted by applicable law. We will delete by law or when it is no longer necessary for the purpose for which the Personal Information was collected, processed, or transferred, unless an individual has provided affirmative express consent to such retention. You may delete your recordings at any time by accessing your account. Our Services are for adults only. Individuals less than the full age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in the jurisdiction where they reside) is a child. As a result, our Services do not request or knowingly collect Personal Information from individuals under the age of 13. If we learn that we have collected Personal Information from a child, we will take steps to delete the Personal Information as soon as possible. Please contact us to erase the Personal Information if you discover your children have registered as our users or provided Personal Information to us.
