Shipping policy

1. Shipping Time

Shipping to the United States:

Orders placed before 5pm (PT) will be dispatched the same day excepts on weekends or public holidays. Shipping and delivery is an additional 3-7 days.

Shipping to Canada:

Orders placed before 5pm (PT) will be dispatched the next day excepts on weekends or public holidays. Shipping and delivery is an additional 7-14 days.

Please allow up to 2 working days for processing your order. When your package is shipped, we will send you an email including a link and a tracking number so you can see the progress of your package.

During a sale event, shipping may be delayed due to the high volume of orders. We will process orders as fast as we can. However, if there is a significant delay, we will contact you through email.

2. Tracking Number

If the product(s) you have ordered are not available at the time of placing your order for any reason, you will be contacted by email or telephone within the same or next working day. We will advise you of the estimated delivery time and if this is not satisfactory you will have the right to cancel your order without any obligations and a full refund will be issued.

Once your order ships, we will send you an email including tracking number individually. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking update. If your tracking has no update over 3 working days, please contact us at help@anonasecurity.com, we are here to help.

3. Delivery Address

A correct and complete delivery address is essential. Otherwise, your parcel may experience a delay or a loss which we are not responsible for due to the incorrect information provided by you (our customers).

We are unable to change the address once your package is already shipped out. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you for a correction, and the package will be re-shipped at an additional shipping fee which you will be responsible for.

4. Order Cancellation

We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped. If the order is canceled, you will get a full refund. We can not cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

5. Order Modification

We don't offer order emendation after the order has been placed. If you want to change the item(s) of your order, please contact us in time to cancel the original order and replace it with a new one.

6. Shipment Receipt

Please note that you will be required to sign for your package upon delivery. If you are not at home at the time of delivery and do not receive your package, we will send you an email to notify you of it. You can contact the delivery company to arrange another delivery.If you do not contact the delivery company within 5 days after the delivery attempt, they may return the goods to us. A return charge may be assigned to us which may be twice of the delivery cost. If in the case of this happening, we reserve right to ask you to pay the returning charge plus an additional cost for redelivery before we are able to re-dispatch the item to you.

When the goods are delivered you are responsible for checking that the order is complete and undamaged. You should check the goods carefully for any visible damage and the contents if possible before you accept the delivery. Should there be any damage to the goods at the point of delivery, you have right to refuse the goods and let the delivery person know the reason(s) of refusal. Alternatively you may sign for the goods as ‘UNCHECKED’ at the time of accepting delivery, you meanwhile accept that the order is completed.
